IEEE Sensors Council Hyderabad Section Presents One Day Workshop on "Smart Sensors, Instrumentation, Ml and AI: Remote Environmental Monitoring Using IoT Based System"
Remote environmental monitoring using IoT-based systems leverages smart sensors, advanced instrumentation, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to gather and analyze data from various environmental parameters. These systems are designed to operate in diverse and often harsh environments, providing real-time data on factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality, soil moisture, and water quality. Smart sensors play a crucial role by detecting and measuring these parameters accurately and efficiently. The integration of ML and AI allows for the processing of large volumes of data, facilitating predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated decision-making. This enhances the ability to respond to environmental changes swiftly, optimizing resource management and mitigating risks. IoT-based systems ensure seamless connectivity and data transmission from remote locations to centralized platforms, enabling continuous monitoring and analysis. Overall, the synergy of these technologies provides a robust framework for sustainable environmental management and informed decision-making.
