The IEEE Reliability Society launched a campaign at Sri Sairam Engineering College, aiming to engage students from all departments. We visited each classroom to introduce the society, explain its benefits, and provide the necessary membership information. To ensure swift communication, we collaborated with class representatives to disseminate the details. Next, we created a Google form to identify interested students. We then organized a meeting to explain the membership requirements and costs. Additionally, we conducted a Google Meet session to offer a clear breakdown of the registration process. Finally, the society's executive members formed teams to assist students in completing their registrations on time.
