- At 9 AM :Check in.
- At 10 AM : Opening session in which we introduced the judges and we made an overview of the day's schedule.
- At 10:30 until 11:00 AM : Theme reveal .
- At 6 PM : Pitching : 8 teams pitched their work regarding the theme " AI solutions for students mental health and well being ". Each team had an 8 min presentation to present their work for the judges, Then they were asked questions by the judges to answer.
- At 8 PM : Ending session and closure of the event .
