Alise Civello

Biography:

 

Alise Civello is Vice President, Head of Sales and Guidance for US Life and Agency. She is responsible for the team of Consultants in the Pacific zone and for implementing strategies to promote protection solutions that support our agents in the field.

Alise joined New York Life Insurance Company in 1996 as a Director of Annuity Sales. In 2001, she was promoted to Regional Manager of the Pacific zone where she managed the team of Directors of Income Insurance and Investments. She was promoted to Corporate Vice President and National Sales Manager for the Investment Product Consultant team in 2009 with the added responsibility of working with the LTC team in 2011. In 2023, she was promoted to Head of Sales and Guidance for the Pacific zone where she’s in charge of sales
 and Consultants for all protection solutions. Alise has presented at numerous Council meetings, industry meetings, MDRT, NAIFA, and hundreds of public workshops to promote retirement strategies and opportunities. Prior to joining New York Life Insurance Company, Alise was a Regional Wholesaler for Franklin Templeton promoting mutual fund and annuity products. She worked with financial institutions throughout the Northern California area. She was also involved in coordinating with the Bank Services Division and establishing national relationships.


Alise graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

John DiCalogero

Biography:

John DiCalogero joined New York Life in 2005 as an Agent with the Long Island General Office. After reaching Executive Council and leading his class in life premium, he joined the Life Sales Desk in 2007 working with agents across the country. In 2009, John became a Life Product Consultant working with the South Central Zone, and in 2012 John was awarded National Life Product Consultant of the Year.

In 2015 John became the National Business Solutions Sales Officer leading the Business Solutions Consultants to support worksite sales across the country. Under his leadership, worksite sales grew nearly 70% and expanded their portfolio to now include group term & disability.

In 2020, John became the National Life Sales Officer. In this role, John leads a team Zone Life Sales Officers managing a team of Life Product Consultants supporting life sales production across the country.

Since January 2023, John is the Head of Sales and Guidance responsible for Product Consultants and sales growth in all products for the Northeast Zone.

John is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he competed on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. John also earned his MBA in Strategic Management & Finance with the Villanova School of Business. He is currently enrolled with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business working toward a Masters in Quantitative Management. John holds FINRA 6, 7, 26, & 63 licenses and CLU designation with The American College. John currently lives on Long Island, NY with his wife Alicia, daughter Harper and son Hunter.
