*Breakfast tacos and other less substantial things will be provided.

 

**During roll call, members should stand and briefly introduce themselves and other members of their committee to the other attendees.

 

***Member reports should be supported by Power Point slides as follows:

--Title slide,

--A list of committee members. In the case of chapters these are the Chapter Committee
     (ChapCom) members (Officers of the chapter).

--An update of important events affecting the committee (and chapter).

-- A list of meetings or other activities of the committee and chapter so far this year

-- A list of meetings or other activities planned for the rest of the year.  

-- A SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis supported by one to four slides. See Wikipedia for more on SWOT at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SWOT_analysis

-- Other slides may be presented if necessary but should be kept to a minimum

Examples of previous presentations are available on the CTS Website.

 

Please send Joe Redfield and Don Drumtra  a copy of your presentation slides for showing at the meeting. We will need to have them by noon on Friday if you want yours loaded in the group file. Otherwise bring a USB drive with your for Joe to copy. 

Also please name the file of your presentation slides in the following format if possible: chaptername_2017_Spring_Planning_Meeting.ppt (or pptx/pdf). For example, CTCN_2017_Spring_Planning_Meeting. If there are two chapters from same Society, use e.g. COMSOC–SA or COMSOC–Austin .

-- Motion to request a change of status of the CTS Computer Chapter (C-16) and CTS Engineering in Medicine and Biology Chapter (EMB-18) to a Joint Chapter in Austin.

--Motion to adopt the CTS Guide on use of V-tools Categories.  

-- Motion to adopt the CTS LOP on Finances.
