Giambattista Gruosso

Biography:

Prof.Giambattista Gruosso is an Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano and Vice-Chair of the IEEE Italy Section. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2003. His expertise spans electrical and electronic systems, focusing on smart mobility, smart factories, and smart grids. Prof. Gruosso's research encompasses modeling and design of innovative electromechanical systems, power electronics, and materials simulation. He actively engages in industry 4.0 advancements and specializes in developing hybrid and electric vehicle management strategies. As a senior member of IEEE, he contributes significantly to the field through teaching, research, and consulting.
