Expert Talk on Artificial Intelligence in Cyber Physical Systems
Starting with the introduction by the IEEE Student Branch at KL University and Prof. Mousmi Ajay Chaurasia, CSE and IEEE SB Mentor, the Expert Talk by Dr. Milo Manic, a Professor in the Computer Science Department at Virginia Commonwealth University was held. Then, Tejaswini, Vice-Chair of IEEE KLH SB, introduced the Principal of the college, Dr. A. Ramakrishna, as well as achievement in the fields of placements and academics. There are some points of the speech made by Dr. Ramakrishna who made a quite impressive speech.
After that, Digvijay Rajoria, Student Chair of KLH IEEE SB and SN Member in Hyderabad Section, introduced the guest Dr. Milo Manic and his background and achievements in data mining and machine learning and cyber-physical systems. Dr. Manic is an academician and has vast experience of more than 20 years in both academic and industrial sector and explained the role of AI in cyber-physical systems in detail. For what it’s worth, he went for one-on-one question and answer style, taking several questions from the audience.
The event was winds up with a function of felicitation in which the principal and the faculty members honored and gifted souvenirs to. Thank you so much for coming; everyone did a fantastic job and the evening would not have been possible without the guests, faculty, and students.
