The attendees of the meet were,Dr.Shruti Jain Mam,Dr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Dr. Neena Jindal Mam,Dr. Mandeep Singh,Dr. Anita Sardana, Dr. Hemant Sood, Dr. Nancy Singla , and the council members of IEEE Main , IEEE Sight and WIE .The meeting commenced at  12:45 PM in ECL3.

○       The main agenda of the meeting was the introduction of council members to their respective Teacher coordinator, counselor, Mentors and members .

○       Discussion was held on different topics like encouraging freshers to join IEEE Sight , IEEE Main, WIE .

○       Ideas for future events were also discussed .
