Anthony Luscre K8ZT
Biography:
Anthony Luscre is active in a variety of Amateur Radio activities but says his favorite activity is operating!
Whether it is contesting, DXing, rag chewing, satellites, etc.
Prior to his retirement in 2017, Anthony's work included 20 years as a Medical Technologist working in Clinical Microbiology, serving as a private computer consultant, and 20 years as a Computer Technology Coordinator/Technology Director (most recently as a Technology Integration Specialist for 30 school districts).
His retirement activities include volunteering as a Trainman on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (see www.cusr.org). He serves as ARRL Ohio Section Youth Coordinator. Anthony enjoys sharing his Amateur Radio interests with others by maintaining his website k8zt.com.
Anthony writes for a variety of publications, including CQ Magazine (new column "Ham Radio Explorer" which debuted in the December 2021 issue), DX Engineering blog "On All Bands," and is developing an online course for the ARRL. He serves on the RATPAC Planning Committee and is a trustee in his local ham club.
OPEN MEETING -- All who are interested, licensed or not, please join us in our regular monthly meeting of the IEEE MOVE Radio Club (IMRC). We usually meet by WebEx on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 8-10 pm Eastern time zone. The meeting is open to all. There is no admission fee, and the rewards are manyfold.
