Bylaws Discussion

This is a working session to discuss the current Iowa / Illinois Section bylaws, with reference to the new IEEE Election process.  Please come prepared by reading the existing Bylaws and IEEE New Election policy.  If you do not have a current copy of the Bylaws, please email Ken Kozol and I will supply.

All IEEE members that are part of the Section are invited to submit input.
