Jessica McLarty of Burns & McDonnell

Biography:

Jessica completed her master's and bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. She currently works as a Section Manager, T&D at Burns & McDonnell, where she is developing and leading a team of professionals in the power and energy space working with clients in Central and West Texas. Her experience includes both engineering and project management, including roles such as senior director and manager in a public power and water utility in Texas. Jessica has led successful teams across multi-year large capital plans, responsible for managing budgets, schedules, risks, and resources. Jessica also has transmission line and structural engineering experience, working on design, analysis, and construction of various transmission systems. Her mission is to use her expertise and leadership to contribute to the growth and innovation of the transmission and distribution industry.
