India Energy Storage Week 2024
IEEE PES-IAS chapter of Pune section technically collaborated with India Energy Storage Week 2024 [IESW 2024] during 1st July to 5th July at Delhi. The 5 days covered India Battery Manufacturing Day focused on Manufacturing, Raw materials, Supply chain, recycling, and Circular economy. India EV Day focused on EV manufacturing, EV components, charging infra, battery swapping, government policies, international collaboration. India Stationary Storage Day focused on Solar plus storage, Re-hybrid, storage for grid, FTM & BTM applications including telecom, data centre, C&I sector. India Green Hydrogen Day focused on GH policy, technologies, Electrolyser and Bos manufacturing, green hydrogen deployment, applications.
Dr Surekha Deshmukh , Execom member of PES-IAS chapter was invited as a panelist under ”Women in Energy” Forum. For the first time, IEEE leadership such as IEEE President 2024- Thomas Coughlin and IEEE Past President 2023 Dr Saifur Rahman delivered keynote at IESW 2024. With around 200 industries in the e-mobility ecosystem exhibited their products and around 500 plus participants attended the event.
