IEEE CLAS Executive Committee Meeting followed by ISBAC planning meeting

Dear All,

Welcome to the new 2024-2025 Academic Year! 
 
Our ExCom meetings for the new academic year will be held on the fourth Monday of every month. We will aim to alternate between in-person and online meetings as we have done in the past. Regardless of the format, everyone will still be able to join the meetings via Zoom.
 
Our next meeting will be held on September 23, 2024 at 7:30 PM . It will be held online and the Zoom instructions are shown below.
 
We will hold a prep/logistic meeting for our upcoming Silicon Beach that will be open to everyone including our OC section members starting at 8:30 PM. A copy of the flyer for the conference can be found here.  I am very thankful to Sandy Hernandez for creating such a great flyer. Please register if you have not already done so. Registration is free and if you pre-register, you get free parking. There will also be a free reception.
 
Here is the agenda for the meeting. If there is anything you want to add, send a separate email to me. I will send the minutes of last month's meeting to the voting members as soon as Sandy sends the minutes to me to review and distribute.
