A Session of IEEE STEP 2024 presents “A CAREER MAPPING WORKSHOP-A PATHWAY TO SUCCESS” hosted by C Deepika Chair of Educational Society. Our Dignitaries have been invited to the Dias by SPS Chair N Abhinaya Varma. We started by lighting the lamp at the same time as Vathsalya and Usha Sai's prayer song.
Dr. N. Sudhakar Reddy, Principal and Branch Counsellor of SVCE, highlighted the critical role IEEE plays in students' professional growth. He emphasized how crucial it is to use IEEE's resources to advance your career.
Next Dr.D.Srinivasulu Reddy, HOD of ECE addressed the participants. He urged them to utilize the opportunities provided by the IEEE Career Mapping Workshop fully. His words encouraged students to engage actively in the sessions, particularly focusing on resume building and mock interview practice to boost their confidence.
Next Dr.K.Sudheer ,Incharge HOD of EEE Department and IIC Counselor Member. He said that the IEEE is a global association that provides a wealth of chances via research papers and conferences. He urged students to utilize IEEE as a springboard for their capstone projects and career development.
In this last speech, Dr. S.M. Abdul Kalam Azad, Dean of the ECE and EEE departments, told the audience that IEEE is essential to the publication of papers and conferences. Furthermore, he appreciated IEEE for providing these kinds of activities and the convener for organizing these kinds of programs.
Resume Building
Ms.C. KEERTHI, Resource person of IEEE STEP 2024. Mam taken a Session on “Resume Building”. The session started Keerthi mam delivered a comprehensive workshop on resume building. She guided students on how to structure their resumes, highlighting essential elements and best practices to create an impactful resume that stands out to potential employers.

Cyber Crimes and Cyber Safety in the Digital Era by GUNTUR RENU
The second session of the day was led by Guntur Renu, who delivered an engaging talk on "Cyber Crimes and Cyber Safety in the Digital Era." Renu mam addressed the growing threats in the digital landscape and provided practical strategies to safeguard against cybercrimes.
