Biography:
Chani Ward-Cabil is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment, organizational design, and human resources across diverse industries, including technology and power generation. Currently leading talent acquisition at Oglethorpe Power, she excels in candidate experience, strategy, and cultivating personal brands.
Chani's impressive resume includes roles at Wayfair, Facebook/Meta, and McKinsey, where she emphasized personalized, high-touch hiring processes. Notable projects include scaling Facebook/Meta’s data center staffing nationwide, building out Wayfair’s supply chain technology leadership, and supporting corporate communication teams for multiple power companies.
Chani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Earlham College and a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is known for bringing authenticity to her work and encouraging her candidates and clients to do the same.
