Late Prof. M. V. Deshpande Memorial Lecture was organized jointly by Institution of Engineers and PES-IAS Chapter of IEEE Pune Section on 31st August 2024.
Dr. Mukund Toke, Convenor delivered welcome address.
Shri. Jayant Deo, Former Technical Member, Maharashtra State Electricity Regulatory Commission was the Chief Guest of the program.
Shri. Dilip Vairagkar, former V. P. Walchandnagar Industries, delivered a key note speech on “Super Critical Power Plants – The need of the day”.
Chief Guest Shri. Jayant Deo, delivered a speech on “AI and its impact on Employment”
Thereafter Award Winners of 'Prof. M. V. Deshpande Memorial Function' were awarded at the hands of Dr. Mrs. Geetanjali Vaidya, Chair, PES-IAS Chapter of IEEE Pune Section.
Dr. Mrs. Geetanjali Vaidya proposed a vote of thanks.
