 Celebrating IEEE Day 2024

Pedal your mind to innovation

This event is designed to create a platform for networking between the Karachi Section ExCom and IEEE members of Salim Habib University. Sponsored by WIE R10 Karachi Section, it aims to highlight the role of IEEE in uniting diverse technology fields under one umbrella, offering collaboration, problem-solving, and innovative thinking opportunities. With an engaging and fun atmosphere, the event seeks to inspire more students to get involved with IEEE, fostering creativity and out-of-the-box solutions for future challenges.

This year, the IEEE Salim Habib University Branch  is celebrating the day with the theme that a healthy body leads to a healthy brain and healthy brains lead to innovations and histories 

Event breakdown:

  1. The event will start with an introductory video to highlight the achievements of the IEEE student branch at Salim Habib University  
  2. A skit prepared by  IEEE members to highlight the importance of IEEE  (Theme: Team of 5 members from different tech departments working to find the solution to the global  epidemic )
  3. Keynote speech 
  4. Interactive games and activities (Solving a puzzle and guessing the picture and cycling  )
  5. Cake-cutting ceremony 
  6. Photography
