Biography:
Takako Hashimoto graduated from the Ochanomizu University in Japan, and received a Ph.D. in computer science, specialization in multimedia information processing, from the Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering of University of Tsukuba in 2005. She worked at the software R&D center of Ricoh Co. Ltd., in Japan for 24 years, and participated in the development of many software products as a technical leader. From April of 2009, she was involved in Chiba University of Commerce. In 2015, she stayed at University of California, Los Angeles as a visiting researcher. She is currently the Vice President and Professor of the faculty of Commerce and Economics at Chiba University of Commerce. She has focused on the data mining research and the social media analysis, especially topic extraction from millions of tweets related to disasters and topical problems like COVID-19. She is served as a Board Member of the Database Society of Japan, Chair of IEEE Japan Council (2021-22), and BoG of IEEE Computer Society (2021-23) and has served as the Past Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering (2015-16). She has been elected IEEE R10 Director-elect (2023-24) as well. In 2019, she received the IEEE 2019 MGA Larry K. Wilson Transnational Award, and Fellow of the Information Processing Society of Japan.

Biography:
Ker Yang brings with him more than 15 years of ICT services experiences and helped many customers in their (DX) digital transformation in Asia region. He has supported Fujitsu Asia Region customers in transforming from conventional IT to DX services focusing on Workplace, Automation and Hybrid IT integration new technologies. Currently he is appointed as Fujitsu Asia Pacific (APAC) CTO to manage and drive technology roadmaps from both Fujitsu research laboratory as well as partners. Additionally, he is also managing APAC offerings & portfolio.
Dr Toshitaka Tsuda

Biography:
Dr. Toshitaka Tsuda is IEEE Life Fellow and R10 LMC Chair, Former Japan Counsil Chair, and Former Tokyo Section Chair. He made several keynote speeches in IEEE flagship conferences, ICC2011 and NOMS2012 being some examples.
He graduated from the University of Tokyo with PhD degree. He worked for Fujitsu Laboratories Limited for 37 years where he was assigned as a Member of Board, founding Managing Director of Fujitsu Laboratories of Europe, and Chair of Fujitsu Laboratories of America. He moved to Waseda University as a Professor, and currently an advisor to GITI, Waseda University.
His majors are digital signal processing, micro-processor architecture, video coding, digital communication network including optical communication, packet switching, and network architecture. His current interest is the emerging network paradigm such as ICN.
He is an Honorary member and Fellow of IEICE, a former President.

Biography:
ANWAR FAIZD OSMAN was born in Georgetown, Penang. He has a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). His master's thesis is on wideband low noise amplifier design. He is currently the Head of 5G Product Development for Telekom Malaysia. In Telekom Malaysia, he leads the End to End roadmap development for Telekom Malaysia (TM) 5G Core as a Service, which include Network Slicing, 5G Standalone capable solutions and related 5G Value Added Services. Prior to Telekom Malaysia, he has worked in Rohde & Schwarz, Agilent Technologies, Motorola Solutions and Intel Malaysia, either in manufacturing or field application positions.He has published multiple technical papers on LNA, RF switches, and RF filter designs. His research interests include wireless testing for mobile operators and interference hunting. Mr. Osman has been a Committee Member of IEEE ED/MTT/SSC Penang Chapter, since 2015, currently serves as the Chapter Auditor. He is the Former Deputy Chair of IEEE Microwave, Electron Devices, and Solid-State Symposium IMESS 2018. He is a part of the National 5G Taskforce Member and the Chairperson of the 5G Ecosystem and Timeline Sub-Working Group, under the Spectrum Working Group of the Task Force.
Prof Dr Borhanuddin Mohd Ali

“Why Greening the Telecom Industry is Key to a Sustainable Future?”
Biography:
Borhanuddin Mohd Ali (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electrical and electronics engineering from the Loughborough University of Technology, in 1979, the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Wales, Cardiff, U.K., in 1982 and 1985, respectively. He became a Lecturer with UPM in 1985, and a Professor in 2002, where he is currently serving on a post-retirement contract as a Professor. He is a member of IET and a Chartered Engineer, and a Fellow of Academy of Sciences, Malaysia. He also served at various positions in ComSoc and Malaysia Section, ComSoc APB and IEEE Region 10, and the Executive Co Vice Chair for ICC2016 and VTC Spring 2019, Kuala Lumpur. His research interests include WSN and IoT, wireless resource management, mobility management, cognitive radio, and more recently on Massive MIMO and 5G. He published more than 300 papers in refereed journals and conferences.
