Mitra Mirhassani is a professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Windsor. Her research focuses on hardware security, the development of methods for the detection of Trojan Hardware, and high-performance custom-designed AI systems. She is a member of the APMA Cyber Security Committee since 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the committee. She served as Vice-Chair for Women in Engineering Affinity Group, IEEE South- East Michigan section (2014), and an advisor to WiCyS, Windsor Chapter (2020).
