Industrial Visit to National Industrial Security Academy
On September 25th, students visited the National Industrial Security Academy (NISA) in Hyderabad, Telangana, to learn about industrial security, the role of modern technology in national defence, and the academy's operations.
During the visit, we were given a tour of the facilities, which included training grounds, classrooms equipped with modern technologies, and the simulation labs where officers are trained for real-life scenarios such as counter-terrorism, disaster management, and industrial safety. The NISA officials also demonstrated various security protocols, crisis response techniques, and physical fitness regimes necessary for officers’ day-to-day training.
We were shown various tools and systems used for surveillance, threat detection, and risk management, which emphasized the importance of staying technologically adept in the field of industrial security.
The interaction session with CISF officers gave us a deep understanding of the discipline, training, and dedication required to be a part of such a vital security force.
