The committee members, Toleen Abu-Adi and Maryam Al-hamad, conducted a meeting with the branch's PR and Events team to organize and plan further the upcoming IEEEDay event. We discussed the proposal, what activities and talks would be suitable and planed an agenda. After going into all the details we split the tasks on all the team members and started working.
