Student Professional Awareness Workshop (SPAW) x IEEE Day 2024

The upcoming workshop at Iloko Model College aims to equip secondary school students with essential technical and professional skills, focusing on hardware development and cybersecurity. The event will offer hands-on learning experiences and project-based activities, promoting teamwork, entrepreneurship, and hardware literacy. By introducing students to the latest technologies like IoT integration and the Raspberry Pi Pico W board, the workshop seeks to spark innovation while encouraging a productive, tech-driven mindset. It also addresses the growing concern of cybercrime by channeling youthful energy into creative, constructive endeavors. This initiative aims to inspire students, fostering transformative creativity and contributing to Nigeria’s emerging hardware industry.

 Victor Olufemi is a proud alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Popularly called Prof., he is a visionary building the future by democratizing A.I and Machine learning.
