Following the successful recruitment drive, an IEEE Membership Account Setup Workshop
was conducted to assist the new members in creating their official IEEE accounts and
gaining access to their membership benefits. The event was designed to ensure that all
participants could smoothly navigate the IEEE platform and explore the numerous resources available to members.
Objectives:
- To guide new members through the process of setting up their official IEEE accounts.
- To familiarize them with the benefits and resources available through IEEE membership.
- To address any technical issues and questions regarding membership registration.
Event Proceedings:
The session began at 5:00 PM with the distribution of instructions and a brief introduction
to the IEEE platform, highlighting its importance for professional growth, access to research
papers, and networking opportunities.
Participants were asked to bring their laptops, allowing them to create their accounts in
real time with the help of senior IEEE members who were present to offer step-by-step guidance.
