About the Speaker

Andy Willner, M.S., P.E. is Managing Director at CÆDENCE. His team leads issue resolution & prevention for companies and their supply chains, resolving the most pressing issues related to customer satisfaction, physical product development, launch readiness, quality & manufacturing, and business processes, while strengthening teams and systems for long-term success. Prior to CAEDENCE, Andy honed his expertise over a career leading numerous successful new product developments at Sensata Technologies and Texas Instruments. He has degrees from Cornell, Binghamton, and NTU. Andy has 8 patents and is a Massachusetts registered professional engineer.
