TechX Infinia : Hackathon
The Infinia flagship event of the IEEE Sahrdaya Student Branch hosted a hackathon from 9:30 AM to 3 PM on September 29, 2024. The hackathon organized was divided into four main tracks, namely, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain/Web3, Circuit Showdown, General Track, prompting the contestants to develop out-of-the-box ideas in those specific areas.
Apart from the main category, INR 60,000 in prize money was distributed amongst various categories which brought in a wide variety of contestants who wanted to demonstrate their talents. Careful management by the event organizing committee and supportive volunteers managed to achieve effective registration, logistical, and advisory processes on the day of the event. Most of the participants suggested from their post-event evaluations that they were satisfied with the event, especially in the area of technological growth and networking opportunities. To conclude, the aim of the hackathon was met, which was to ensure growth and innovation within the tech community and laid the perfect ground for more of such events to come in the future.
