Expert Talk on “Research in Industrial Applications”
Department of Research and Development organized the Expert Talk on Research in Industrial Applications held on 28th September 2024, Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in association with IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Bangalore Chapter and IEEE IES NHCE SBC through online mode (Google Meet). Dr. Vishal Anand A G, Chair - IEEE IES Bangalore Section Chapter and Director of Engineering, Bloom Energy (I) Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru served as Resource Person for this programme. The resource person mentioned about the research in industrial applications is key to addressing current challenges and creating the next wave of innovations. By investing in interdisciplinary research that merges technologies like AI, robotics, material science, and sustainability, industries can stay competitive, increase efficiency, and reduce environmental impact. Attendees were invited to provide feedback through surveys. The feedback is very positive and encouraging. The eminent expert from the industry delivered the lecture and her talk has been very well received by the 39 participants. 39 faculty members are benefitted.
