ComSoc Kolkata 2016 Outreach Program -3 at Tripura University
The third outreach program was held in Tripura University on 23 Nov 2016 at the Department of ECE for the students and faculties from IT, Computer science and ECE. Prof. Iti Saha Misra delivered technical talk and membership motivational talk for the gathering. She spoke about the IEEE mission and vision and the need for involving students to IEEE activities for grooming themselves. All about 40 participants were there.

Cognitive Radio: A Prospect for 5G Communication
The ComSoc Kolkata Chapter Chair , Prof. Iti Saha Misra was invited for the BOG meeting for tripora University. She took this opportunity and talked to the faculty members for organizing IEEE program. Dr. Anirban Karmakar who is IEEE member has arranged for the technical talk from IEEE ComSOc kolkata chapter. Accordingli the master;s student from IT, computer sciece and Electronics and Telecommunication students have joined the evening lecture, ComSoc Chair invited all the young students to be part of IEEE world before the start of her lecture on Cognotive Radio : A prospect for 5G.
