The Speaker of the session was Prof. Subir Kumar Sarkar, Visiting Professor, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology(IIEST), Shibpur, India, Former Professor and Head Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University, India.
