IEEE Student Branch Executive Team Strategy Meeting
Event Description:
The IEEE Student Branch at Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram (STB 13471) conducted an executive team meeting to discuss key strategies for improving branch performance and planning future events, including preparations for IEEE Day 2024. The session was led by Mr. Shrikant Singh, an experienced IEEE volunteer and leader, known for his pivotal role in promoting IEEE activities, guiding student branches, and establishing affinity groups.
Mr. Singh, with his experience as Advisor and Past-Chair of IEEE BBDITM, provided valuable insights on how to strengthen team coordination, improve event execution, and enhance membership growth. He also shared his thoughts on increasing student engagement in technical events and forming affinity groups like Women in Engineering (WIE).

Having served in multiple leadership roles, including Advisor and Past-Chair of IEEE BBDITM, he has been instrumental in promoting IEEE activities, guiding students through their journey in IEEE, and establishing technical chapters and affinity groups.
In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Singh has acted as an IEEE Brand Ambassador and represented IEEE in global initiatives such as IEEEXtreme. His expertise in operational planning, volunteer management, and the formation of affinity groups like Women in Engineering (WIE) has made him a pivotal figure in IEEE's student outreach efforts.
