1. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Varun Naik and began the discussion with a detailed overview of the IEEE Xtreme 18.0 competition. He guided the attendees through the registration process step by step and shared several websites where participants could practice coding to enhance their preparation.
2. Further the meeting was continued by Mr.Sambhav Oswal by discussing F.A.I.L 3.0 finalizing basic stuff. He provided insights into the objectives of this event and outlined the various activities it could encompass.
3. Volunteers were asked to suggest innovative ideas for F.A.I.L. 3.0, aimed at making the event memorable and engaging. Everyone was encouraged to think creatively and propose activities that would foster leadership skills, teamwork, and community spirit.
