Binairo 1000, a binary sudoku competition organized by IEEE SB GEC Barton Hill, Trivandrum as part of the IEEE Day celebrations, was held over eight days from October 3rd to 10th, 2024. Each day at 6 PM, a new sudoku puzzle was shared with participants via a WhatsApp group, and participants had to solve the puzzle and upload their responses through a Google Form provided each day. The competition focused on accuracy and speed, with the winner being selected based on the maximum number of correct answers submitted over the eight days. In the case of multiple participants with the same number of correct answers, the speed of submission was considered to break ties. The event aims to enhance the problem-solving and logical thinking skills of the participants while adding a fun, competitive element to the IEEE Day celebrations at GEC Barton Hill.
