IEEE DAY Celebration 2024 - Day 2: Visions Of Bapu Ji Competition (Quiz Competition)
This event of IEEE DAY Celebration 2024 is organized by IEEE BBDITM in Collaboration with the cultural society of the college Karmavesh. In the The Quiz event tested participants’ knowledge about Mahatma Gandhi’s life, his work, and his impact on both India and the world. Questions covered a wide range of topics, from historical facts about Gandhi’s early life, the movements he led (such as the Dandi March and Quit India Movement), to his contributions to global peace movements. The quiz also included lesser-known facts about his personal life, his philosophy of simple living, and his writings, including "Hind Swaraj" and his famous letters. The quiz was highly interactive, featuring multiple-choice questions, rapid-fire rounds, and audience participation. The enthusiasm in the room was palpable, as students competed fiercely to answer questions correctly and quickly. The quiz highlighted the depth of knowledge participants had about Gandhi’s legacy, and the winners were awarded prizes for their intellectual prowess. It was not just a test of memorization, but also a reflection of how well the participants understood the implications of Gandhi’s actions and teachings.
