General Body Meeting & Panel Discussion.

 

Date: 10th September, 2024.

Time: 06:00 PM- 7:00 PM.

Venue: Nac 514.

 

The IEEE NSU Student Branch arranged this semester's first general body meeting and panel discussion on September 10, 2024, to promote technological progress and discuss the upcoming events of the IEEE NSU Student Branch. Through this meeting, all INSB members wanted to bring attention to the upcoming agenda, which includes the following important points: 1. Campus Reopening; 2. Upcoming Events and Activities; 3.IEEE Day.

 

To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the globally renowned IEEE Day. INSB, in collaboration with its respective Student Branch Chapters and Affinity Group, will organize many events and nine skill development ventures 3.0 in 3 phases. As the university reopened after more than 1 month, our subexecutive and secretary welcomed us. The Faculty Advisor of the IEEE NSU RAS SBC, Dr. Lamia Iftekhar maam, and IEEE NSU STUDENT BRANCH counselor, Saif Ahmed sir, were present in the general meeting. They talked about IEEE SPAC and how we can make events engaging and successful with everyone's assistance.

 

The Core Team members (Coordinators, Incharges, Core Volunteers, and Team Volunteers) all attended the meeting on time as it was mandatory and it will help shape the future of INSB. In this meeting, there was a discussion about how new members can engage themselves in research writing and make themselves skilled. Lastly, INSB took a great initiative in this meeting to add blood groups to their portal so that if there is an emergency, they can easily manage a specific blood group donor without any hustle.
