3) Objective/purpose of session: As part of the IEEE Week celebrations from October 1st to 10th in honor of IEEEDay, IEEE GIT hosted various activities. The IEEE WIE Affinity Group organized a Meme Competition on October 2nd, where students displayed remarkable creativity.
Their innovative memes were used to promote IEEE Week, adding a fun twist to the event’s outreach.

4) Expected outcome of the session: The expected outcome of this event is to foster greater student engagement and awareness of IEEE's mission, while encouraging creativity and teamwork. By using memes for promotion, the event aims to make IEEE Week more relatable and
enjoyable for students, leading to increased participation in future IEEE activities and strengthening the sense of community within IEEE GIT.

9) Salient features of the Feedback given by the attendees: The IEEE Week event, celebrated from October 1st to 10th, included a unique MemeCompetition on October 2nd, organized by the IEEE WIE Affinity Group. Studentsshowcased their creativity by designing innovative memes to promote IEEE Week activities, encouraging engagement and participation. This event fostered teamwork,creative expression, and strengthened the IEEE GIT community, making the celebration both fun and impactful while promoting the spirit of innovation and collaboration within IEEE.
