The IEEE Gujarat Section successfully celebrated IEEE Day 2024 on October 5, 2024, with over 50 participants in attendance. The event featured engaging talks, networking opportunities, and valuable insights into industry trends and the legacy of IEEE.

The celebration began with a keynote address by Mr. Jaimin Shah, Co-Founder & CEO of DEV IT Ltd., who delivered an insightful talk on "Industry Trends and Opportunities." His session highlighted emerging trends and opportunities in the technology industry, encouraging participants to stay ahead in the fast-evolving market.

Additionally, Prof. Anil Roy President-Elect of the Sensors' Counsile and Advisory member of the IEEE Gujarat Section delivered a captivating talk on the "History of IEEE," providing an in-depth overview of the institution’s rich legacy and its significant contributions to the advancement of technology. Prof. Roy's presentation underscored the important milestones achieved by IEEE and its impact on the global community.

The event also included a vibrant interaction among attendees, fostering collaboration and idea exchange. Volunteers from the student branch played a vital role in ensuring the smooth registration process and logistics support.

The celebration concluded with high tea, allowing participants to network and reflect on the day’s learnings. Overall, the event was a resounding success, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and community engagement.
