IEEE Day: A Celebration of Technology and Gaming
The IEEE Dibrugarh University Student Branch celebrated IEEE Day 2024 on 2nd October with a small gathering due to the upcoming university elections scheduled for 3rd October. Despite the limited number of participants, the event was full of enthusiasm, camaraderie, and interactive activities.
Members of the IEEE Dibrugarh University Student Branch, along with other students from the university, participated in the celebration. The gathering remained small in compliance with the election guidelines.
Fun and engaging games were organized among the students, fostering team spirit and providing an opportunity to bond. A refreshment session followed the games, where participants enjoyed snacks while sharing experiences and ideas. We used the time to create videos that reflected the essence of IEEE and its impact on student life. The videos aimed to promote our upcoming event named as Udvab in a creative and engaging way.Other light-hearted activities were conducted to keep the atmosphere cheerful and enjoyable.
Despite the constraints, the IEEE Day celebration at Dibrugarh University was a success. The event allowed participants to unwind, connect, and reflect on the significance of IEEE, all while enjoying the company of their peers. It demonstrated that even a small gathering could create lasting memories and further strengthen the IEEE community spirit within the university.
