Summary
As part of IEEE Day celebrations, the IEEE Student Branch, GEC Barton Hill, Trivandrum, organized Bytes and Brushes, a digital art competition. Participants were encouraged to push the boundaries of traditional art forms, reflecting on how technology influences their creative processes. With a strict prohibition on AI-generated content, the competition emphasized authentic artistic skill and innovation. The event was conducted via Google Forms, which was open from 12th October 2024 to 14th October 2024 for submissions. The event witnessed diverse entries, with a panel of judges providing a final verdict on the submissions. After a tough and inspiring competition, Rima Noble from S5 IT won the competition with her outstanding artwork. The event gave students a platform to express their creativity in digital media.
