BMSCE IEEE SB -IEEE Edge 2.0
BMSCE IEEE organized an event titled ‘IEEE Edge 2.0’, at BMS College of Engineering on 8th October, 2024. The session focused on providing information about IEEE and its chapters.
The Student Branch and the respective chapters were introduced by the Student Activities Committee Coordinators. The details were delivered in an interactive manner, with engaging activities thoughtfully integrated between the introductions of every two chapters. These fun and interactive activities kept the audience energized and fostered participation throughout the session.
A key highlight of the session was the introduction of the IEEE Membership Drive, where audiences were guided on how to enroll and follow the necessary steps to become part of IEEE. Serving as a semi-formal orientation for new members, IEEE Edge 2.0 helped familiarize audiences with the organization and the opportunities available through IEEE membership.
