Participation in IEEE Day Celebration
IEEE INSAT Student Branch teamed up with five other student branches to celebrate IEEE Day at Villa K6 in Mnihla, Ariana. This collaboration created an exceptional atmosphere filled with creativity, innovation, and shared excitement, all set in the stunning natural surroundings of the villa.
A special highlight of the event was the presence of the IEEE Day Ambassadors, including one of our very own members, Nour Tebbi, a former chairwoman of the PES/PELS chapter at IEEE INSAT SB. Nour's participation, along with the other ambassadors, added immense value to the celebration as they shared their experiences, inspiring the attendees with their commitment to IEEE’s mission.
The day kicked off with a series of technical talks, where students discussed new trends in engineering and technology, fostering a platform for exchanging innovative ideas. These insightful presentations sparked engaging conversations about the latest advancements and solutions to real-world challenges.
Throughout the day, participants had opportunities to relax and enjoy the villa’s serene environment, allowing for informal interactions and networking. During breaks, everyone enjoyed delicious food and engaged in lively discussions, strengthening connections between the different student branches.
The interactive workshops were a major highlight, offering hands-on learning experiences, lively debates, and collaborative brainstorming sessions. These activities reflected the true spirit of IEEE – coming together through technology and innovation.
IEEE INSAT SB played an active role in the event’s organization, helping to ensure smooth execution of all activities. By the end of the day, everyone left feeling energized and motivated, having celebrated not only the future of engineering but also the strong sense of community that defines IEEE.
Our participation in this IEEE Day celebration was both rewarding and enjoyable, with Nour Tebbi’s involvement serving as a proud reminder of our branch’s contribution to IEEE’s ongoing mission.
