Eco Thoughts day 2
On Saturday, October 12th, at 9:30 AM, the second day of Eco Thoughts continued with interactive workshop sessions and a mini-challenge.
The first workshop focused on carbon footprint measurements. Abir Ben Ouezdou, our talented speaker, provided a comprehensive explanation of the subject. To reinforce learning, participants engaged in a fun quiz and a case study that applied the concepts to real-world scenarios.
After a short coffee break, the second workshop began. Elaa Jellab discussed LCA and its various applications in carbon footprinting.
Following the workshops, the mini-challenge was announced. Twenty participants were divided into groups and tasked with analyzing the life cycle assessment of a chosen product.
The groups had two hours to brainstorm and prepare their presentations.
The winning team was awarded a 50% voucher for future Carbon Jar-certified workshops.
In conclusion, the inaugural edition of Eco Thoughts was a resounding success.
