IEEE DAY 2024
On 25th of September 2024, the VCET IEEE Student Branch organized a CODE RANK on account of IEEE Week 2024.The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 25+ teams eager to showcase their knowledge and technical acumen. The event catered to coders of all levels, from beginners to experts, and aimed to push participants ability to the limit.
Participants were faced with a series of carefully curated coding challenges that span a variety of topics and difficulty levels. These challenges include algorithms, data structures, mathematics, and more, designed to test not only the participants' technical skills but also their problem-solving abilities and creativity. By tackling these challenges, competitors will gain a deeper understanding of fundamental coding concepts and the practical application of these skills in real-world scenarios.
The rules were as follows:
● The competition will last 1 hour, and submissions after the time limit will not be accepted.
● Coding can be done in any language, preferably C++ or Java.
● Internet is allowed only to access the Hackerrank platform.
● Familiarize yourself with the Hackerrank platform before participating.
● The event takes place offline at the college campus.
● Evaluation will be based on the best timings and code efficiency.
● Questions will vary in difficulty, from easy to hard.
