The IEEE Day event will kick off with check-in at 10:00 AM, followed by the opening ceremony at 10:30 AM, which will include a session on the benefits of IEEE membership. At 10:45 AM, the unveiling of PolyGameJam 2.0 will take place, adding excitement to the morning. Team-building activities will begin at 11:00 AM to encourage collaboration among participants. A break for lunch is scheduled for 1:00 PM. The afternoon continues with the Power-UP Hunt at 2:00 PM, a fun and interactive challenge. At 3:00 PM, the surprise activity will involve painting designs on blank mugs, providing a creative outlet for attendees. A coffee break is planned for 3:30 PM, followed by a party at 4:00 PM, where participants are expected to wear blue and white, adding a stylish touch to the celebrations.
