October Boise IEEE Opcomm In Person Meeting (Evening)
Dear Boise Section IEEE Folks,
We invite you to an in-person meeting. Guests are welcome if they would like to learn about and explore exciting volunteer and leadership opportunities at IEEE.
Food will be served; please let us know your dietary preference under Menu while RSVPing. If you have specific dietary needs, please fill them out under "Special Request"; we will try our best to fulfill them.
It is important to RSVP and pick food selections for smoother arrangements.
Parking: Please see the event picture map with locations marked for free parking.
Caution: On the safer side, please read the signs on the street before parking; it may be reserved or a permit-required spot. If you cannot find a spot, you can park at an hourly paid parking lot East of the RUCH Building. GPS: 43.600764, -116.197759. You can claim reimbursements later through Concur.
