Work session at SAMSAT

All IEEE members are invited to a work session in support of the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology on October 26, 2024 from 10:00AM to 3:00 PM with a lunch break.
SAMSAT is opening new meeting and exhibit space that will include displays of computing artifacts and the IEEE Armstrong Traveling Exhibit that will open at a future date in 2025.
Assistance is needed to prepare the facilities for public visitation.
Tasks include:
1) Installation card readers system.
2) Prepare StemPhone.
3) Sphero table layout.
