You are invited to attend the IEEE VTS Region 1-7 Chapter Chair Training, co-located with VTC2024-Fall at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
Date: Monday, 7 October, 2024, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Washington, DC
Training will include:
- Morning and afternoon sessions with IEEE VTS speakers
- Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided
- Networking opportunities with other Region 1-7 and Region 9 Chapters and VTS leadership
One representative (chair, vice chair, secretary, or treasurer) from each Region 1-7 and Region 9 Chapter will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement of airfare and one single night of accommodation. Please review the IEEE Travel Expense Reimbursement Guidelines.
Additional chapter representatives attending VTC2024-Fall are invited to attend the Chapter Chair Training, but only one representative per chapter will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement.
