Agenda: Pre-arrangement and Planning for IEEE Day Celebration and RAS society inauguration
 
1. A meeting was convened to discuss the organization of multiple events for IEEE Day, along with the inauguration of the RAS (Robotics and Automation Society) Chapter, and the selection of speakers and guests.
 
2. Discussion was held on the number of events to be conducted during the celebration.
 
3. We deliberated on the selection of guests and speakers for both the IEEE Day events and the RAS Society inauguration.
 
4. It was decided that both IEEE Day and the RAS Society inauguration would be held on the same day as a combined event.
 
5. A detailed discussion took place regarding the budget requirements for the event.
 
6. Plans were made to prepare badges for IEEE Day attendees, as well as for the main executive committee (ExeCom) members.
 
7. It was also decided that custom T-shirts would be made for the main ExeCom members.
 
8. Discussion on venue finalization for the event.
