 For your safety, we would like to inform you that we are maintaining our facilities to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We require that anyone that may be feeling sick to take a raincheck on your adventure and remain safely at home.

    If a member of your party is unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day of your booking, we ask that they do not attend. There will be no financial penalty for their non-attendance.
    Should a member of your party display flu-like symptoms on arrival, they may be asked to wear a mask or be refused entry at the sole discretion of Escape Manor.
    Each member of your party will be required to sanitise their hands on entry and exit of the escape rooms or to use gloves.

    Paid Parking: Is available in the DoubleTree parkade at 1975 Broad St.
    If your group size changes or if you cancel your booking, please let us know 24 hours in advance or you may incur charges. For groups with multiple rooms reserved, we require 7 days notice of any changes.
    If someone in your group is sensitive to certain sensory features (ie: flashing lights, loud noises), please email us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
