To Be Announced

Biography:

Jake has made a career out of creating the amazing experiences consumer tech users want and deserve. He’s done it by building companies that have redefined the way software applications work with hardware products.

A third-generation entrepreneur, Jake co-founded Tome, Inc. in 2014 after he sold his first company, Livio, to Ford Motor Co.

At Tome, he leads a proven management team and a select group of software engineers in the vanguard of the Internet of Things movement, where results are measured in new products and services, born by cracking the world’s most complex tech problems with commonsense solutions.

Jake’s work at Tome creates organic opportunities to partner with established companies and market leaders spanning a variety of industries. He works with some of the biggest names in any business, leveraging the Tome team’s expertise to accelerate product-specific tech exploration and innovation.

A proud supporter of Techstars, Jake also sits on the Consumer Technology Association’s Board of Industry Leaders and is a graduate of Ohio University.

When he’s not working to move the tech world forward, Jake and his wife, Abbee, enjoy big-mountain skiing and cross-country mountain bike racing. The couple lives in Ferndale, Michigan, a suburb of metro Detroit.
