What is “HE(ART) of Donating”?
It is a social outreach initiative by the IEEE Students' Branch at Silicon University. It connects individuals willing to donate blood with patients in need. Additionally, it maintains a database of volunteers (blood donors) that includes their names, blood groups, and locations. Whenever a request for blood from a patient is received (through email, WhatsApp group, phone call, etc.), the responsible official quickly connects the patient with available donors in the area based on the required blood group.
