Biography:

Dr. Niharika Baruah received her B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar, India. She was a Design Engineer with Sterlite Technologies Ltd., India, for a few years. Thereafter, she completed her MS and Ph.D. from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, IIT Guwahati in 2022. Her current research interests include gaseous alternatives, liquid dielectrics, and nanofluids. She is currently working as a postdoctoral research associate at the High Voltage Lab in the University of Manchester, UK.
